Paulene is co-founder and co-director of Palmer Hamilton Partnership. She has developed considerable experience gained over the last twenty years in key posts as well as being an independent advocate for good practice when overseeing the use of public funding.
She is an enthusiastic networker and acts as a crucial link between government agencies, HEI's and creative businesses.
