After 20 years co-running Swanky Modes (1973-93) - an independent fashion company, I now own and manage the Beacon in Hastings. There are artists studios, two exhibition /workshop rooms and a large garden; it is also the place where I live along with my partner.
I am a painter who does occassional costume and theatrical set work, also soft sculptures and installations. My work is figurative and features my life in Hastings.
